A Proposal for an Arctic Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone

Its geographic, demographic and strategic character makes the Arctic a prime candidate to be the sixth Nuclear Weapon Free Zone (there are already five treaties covering the majority of the Southern Hemisphere). The framework for a treaty to establish an Arctic Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone (ANWFZ) is put forth.
