Arctic Ocean Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

The Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has invited the Foreign Ministers from the United States, the Russian Federation, Denmark and Norway to a meeting of Arctic Ocean coastal states in Chelsea, Quebec, on March 29, 2010.
