Arctic river deltas have a lot to say about our future climate

In the May 19th edition of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, geoscientists from the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University say that sediments deposited in the ocean by the Colville, Mackenzie and other Arctic rivers have long been ignore as an area of study that could lead to a better understanding of what the Earth’s climate will do in the upcoming decades.
