Arctic Centre, University of Lapland

The Arctic Centre at the University of Lapland is a national and international centre of excellence. It conducts internationally high-level multidisciplinary research, carries out project services, maintains an Science Exhibition, Information Service and a library, and also provides education. As part of the Centre’s research, the Northern Institute for Environmental and Minority Law focuses on environmental and minority law.
