Sami Statistics 2010

Sami Statistics 2010 presents statistics that are relevant to Sami society in Norway. The statistics have a primarily geographical approach, with emphasis on Sami settlement areas North of the Saltfjellet mountain range, which lies on the Arctic Circle. Some nationwide Sami statistics are also included. The publication is based partly on statistics already collated and published by Statistics Norway, and partly on data made available by a variety of Sami institutions. The publication is a continuation of similar editions published in 2006 and 2008.
